Susanne Peiricks started her career with an apprenticeship as a wholesaler and foreign trade merchant. After graduating in business management, she managed two Italian subsidiaries for Klöckner in Italy.
She has been the director of Sales Controlling and Marketing at SCHMOLZ + BICKENBACH Group since 2002. From 2009 to 2012, she was managing director (COO) of the SCHMOLZ + BICKENBACH Europe GmbH and has been coordinating the activities of all European subsidiaries since then. In June 2012 she became CEO of the SCHMOLZ + BICKENBACH Europe GmbH.
Winfried Goebel

After an apprenticeship as a trader in whole sale and foreign trade, Mr. Goebel joined the Export department at SCHMOLZ+BICKENBACH KG in 1977. He was responsible for international purchasing and sales, including the corresponding handling processes.
In 2000, he took over the Export department. In addition, he became part of management with the foundation of SCHMOLZ + BICKENBACH Europe GmbH in 2009, where he was responsible for coordinating distribution. In June 2012 he became COO of the SCHMOLZ + BICKENBACH Europe GmbH. In September of 2009, Mr. Goebel was also tasked with managing the Automotive department at SCHMOLZ + BICKENBACH Distributions GmbH.
