After his engineering studies at the French university Ecole Centrale Paris, Thiery Crémailh worked in Paris and Madrid as a consultant specialized in strategy and marketing for industrial companies for 10 years. He joined Arcelor group in 1999 and was Strategy Vice President at J&L Pittsburgh, then President and C.E.O. at Techalloy in New York and M&A Vice President at ArcelorMittal in Shanghai.
In 2007, Thiery Crémailh joined the SCHMOLZ + BICKENBACH Group as Commercial Vice President at Ugitech S.A. and has been appointed C.E.O. of SCHMOLZ + BICKENBACH International GmbH in 2011.

After an apprenticeship as an industrial manager in a medium-sized industrial company in Dorsten, Germany, and his economics studies at the University of Essen, Germany, Jürgen Hildebrand worked in internal auditing and investment controlling in various companies of today's Thyssen Krupp Group from 1987 to 2003.
In 2003, he switched to the former Edelstahl Witten-Krefeld GmbH, where he was responsible for investment controlling for the foreign subsidiaries. After Edelstahl Witten-Krefeld GmbH was taken over by the SCHMOLZ + BICKENBACH Group, he continued to perform the same task for the companies of the newly formed SCHMOLZ + BICKENBACH International GmbH.
At the beginning of 2011, Jürgen Hildebrandt was appointed CFO of SCHMOLZ + BICKENBACH International GmbH.
