This high-strength special steel known as ETG® is a type of steel that features high tensile strength even in its as-delivered state, has outstanding machining properties, and guarantees consistent mechanical characteristics across the entire cross-section.

The advantages for you as a customer are obvious: processing steps and component fabrication are considerably simplified. Supplementary operations such as hardening, truing, grinding and burr removal are no longer necessary. Processing times can be substantially reduced, machine tool availability becomes significantly longer.
